On this page, you will find my explanation about how humans need to eat for ideal health. This information applies to EVERY HUMAN BEING. This is not a type of diet, and it is not something I discovered or came up with. After He told me how to cure my illness, and I obeyed and recovered my health, God guided me into the "why" His plan for me worked. I have since taken hundreds of patients through the plan over the past decade...and it has not failed a single one of the patients I have shared it with. 

I am honored to share this, for free, so more people can live lives filled with POWER, LOVE and a SOUND MIND. All of those things are easily possible when your body, brain, nervous system and hormones are properly nourished and no longer inflamed

ALREADY MADE PERFECT; 
HOW TO EAT AS A HUMAN AND THRIVE

GOD ALREADY MADE EVERYTHING PERFECT

The first thing to embrace is that God designed everything already perfect for us and our good health. Some people feel uncomfortable thinking that way. I would encourage you to keep an open mind and heart as you read through this guide on the proper human diet for excellent health. 

Nothing else on the planet is the same as us. We are a completely set apart and unique creation on earth. Everything God has made is here to serve us and our lives.

PLANET OF OPPOSITES

This experience on earth is made of opposite. Examples are good/evil, up/down, light/dark, hot/cold, male/female, angry/happy, wet/dry, ocean/land. This is the inescapable reality of earth. 

​

ANIMAL AND PLANT

On this planet there are two main kingdoms we humans access for sustaining our lives- the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom. Humans are part of the animal kingdom for one main reason- our cells are encased in a cell membrane. The opposite is therefore true for the plant kingdom- their cells are encased in a cell wall.

CELL MEMBRANE - CELL WALL

When a human eats food from the animal kingdom, because this is the cell membrane kingdom, they are consuming food that is biologically recognized by their system. This is the best nutrition. 

​

WHY SOME ANIMALS EAT PLANTS

Animals called "ruminants" have at least one thing human beings do not- at least 1 organ that performs fermentation. Look up any ruminant animal species and study their anatomy. For example, cows have 4 chambers to their stomach. The first THREE chambers are all dedicated to fermentation and enzymatic breakdown of cellulose. Not to mention they, and many other ruminants, can regurgitate "cud" and further breakdown their food. Horses do not have a gallbladder, but they have a hindgut that ferments. 

Humans have no internal organ that effectively and easily ferments.

Humans that eat plant matter and seeds (nuts, beans and grain are all seeds...more on that later) all experience gas (flatulence), abdominal bloating and/or pain, diarrhea and/or constipation, and blood sugar issues. 

Humans that eat an animal heavy diet rarely, if ever, experience bloating or pass gas. This is because they are not asking their digestive system to do something it was not designed to do - ferment. 

Humans have an INCREDIBLY acidic stomach (pH of 1.5) for a reason! Per the National Institute of Health; "humans have adjusted to the environment as omnivorous mammals that can consume carrion."

Carrion is already dead prey. Humans are adapted omnivores capable if ingesting roadkill! That is how critically important meat is to the human being. 

Even in the monkey/ape species, the lowest stomach pH (remember, the lower the pH, the more acidic something is) is found in the macaque at 2.8 because this species eats shellfish.

RIGHT TO DEFEND LIFE

Here is where we get to the most distinct reality of opposites between the two kingdoms- how they defend their lives. 

God loves both kingdoms equally, and He gave each kingdom distinct ways in which they protect themselves from being predated upon successfully.

To the animal kingdom (our kingdom) He gifted MOBILITY. Every animal can fight or flight for their life. Because of mobility, there is no systemic toxicity. Some animals dispense poison via glands or a stinger, but you could eat a snake, or a scorpion, or a bee, or a pufferfish...just don't eat their poisonous parts. Even a poisonous dart frog could be eaten if prepared very carefully (thankfully this is pointless since they are so small).

To the plant kingdom, an equally important and incredible kingdom, God gifted TOXICITY as their primary form of self defense against predation. All plants, from broccoli to poison ivy, contain a toxicity profile. Why? To help prevent the plant from being fully consumed. Some level of irritant will negatively affect whatever creature is eating that plant. In the cultivated "vegetables" that crowd our grocery stores, the irritants create in us big humans gas, bloating, skin irritation ("eczema" and "psoriasis"), sore throat, diarrhea, mouth irritation, joint pain, etc...

NUTRIENT PROFILE

In the animal kingdom (the one we belong to), there is not a single missing nutrient. No missing macro nutrient (protein, fat, or carbohydrates) and no missing micro nutrients (even Vitamin C is abundant in liver and kidney. Don't worry- you can take these in capsule form). Magnesium is the hardest mineral to eat enough of from all food sources, probably due to the barrage of toxicity humans are under, requiring us to ingest more than naturally intended, but it is absolutely present in animal meat and milk. 

​

On the flip side, the plant kingdom is lacking several deeply critical macro and micro nutrients. The nutrients in plants are inextricably connected to their toxins. Meaning, if you eat plants raw, your are also eating their toxins. If you cook the plants to reduce the toxins, you also reduce any nutrients. It's a significant challenge to get enough nutrients eating a plant based diet without mandatory supplementation. 

​

LEAST TOXIC/MOST TOXIC - ANIMAL vs PLANT BABIES

In the animal kingdom, animal babies are lucky! They get to be protected by their parents and fed by their parents until they are able to be at least mobile on their own. Therefore, the least toxic thing on the planet is a baby animal. Of course, the opposite is the case of the plant kingdom. Plant babies are on their own! They have to defend themselves from being eaten AND contain their own energy source for growth. 

So, what is a plant baby? A plant baby is a seed. And, in our food system, we are used to calling seeds by 3 different names: beans, nuts and grains. But they are all seeds. And all seeds contain defense toxins in high concentration. Per the National Institute of Health "Seeds have physical, chemical, and biological defense mechanisms that protect their food reserves from decay-inducing organisms and herbivores."

HUMANS ARE OMNIVORES

I would never say humans are not omnivores. We absolutely are opportunistic survival based omnivores. We can be this, despite our digestive system, because we have a cerebrum (big brain) and opposing thumbs. We figured out a long time ago in times of starvation, weather issues, and poverty how to ferment plants exogenously (outside our bodies). You will see this evident in every single culture on the planet.

​

Fruit is different than plants. Fruit is the supportive encasing of a seed that beckons mobile animals to take the fruit away from the plant that grew it (fruiting plants are big, either by height and canopy or vining) because, ideally, it does not want a new plant to grow right beside it. The flesh of fruit contains significantly less toxicity than the seeds, which mostly are not completely pulverized during ingestion because of hardness, sourness, or quantity. These seeds then come through into the feces which creates a perfect environment for the seed to germinate. 

​

*Please keep in mind that most of the fruit we grow today is a selected product for size and sweetness, and does not reflect how fruit was historically. It should be consumed with prudence if there are blood sugar issues or excess fat on the person. 

​

SUMMARY

The most bio available, bio identical, non toxic, life giving food for human beings to eat is food that comes from animals. Animals convert sunlight and the plant kingdom into perfect food for humans. Meat- ideally locally sourced/pastured/organic

Eggs- same

Milk and dairy products - RAW

Seafood- wild caught/tested

Shellfish - wild caught

Organs - same rules as meat and eggs

If you want to keep plants in your diet ALWAYS cook or ferment your "vegetables", and never eat them in place of meat, dairy, eggs, seafood. For some they are a nice compliment to your animal based plate. Have some fruit, peeled and/or cooked if it agrees with you and supports your goals.

*pro-tip for keeping raw milk and raw cream fresh for a long time: if it's in plastic, transfer it into a glass container. This keeps it colder so it lasts longer.
